Alexandra Candelas
Alex is an entrepreneur and product executive, early pioneer of the user experience practice, educator, mentor and coach. She helps organizations and
C-Suite executives navigate the complexities of customer value through product design. Her focus is on digital innovation and how to strategically steer a company’s transformation towards customer excellence. She holds over a dozen patents and trade secrets in technology inventions. She is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, a frequent public speaker, and advocate for advancing the careers of designers into leadership positions. She has vast industry experience in tech for travel IT, financial services and supply chain. Most recently she was the VP of Product Design & Research at AvidXchange.
Justin Nelson
Justin is a successful entrepreneur, industry disruptor, and accomplished product management executive. As a co-founder of Strongroom Solutions, he led the creation of a pioneering Accounts Payable Automation and B2B payment solution that revolutionized the Community Association industry, establishing the company as the market leader. Throughout his tenure, he navigated the company through successive phases of growth while overseeing product strategy, business development, and operations.
The highly successful acquisition of Strongroom Solutions by fintech unicorn AvidXchange led to a seamless transition for Justin, who then took on the role of VP of Product Management. In this role, he led the critical product strategy for partner integrations.
